On April 5 2013 I called Roto-Rooter and they quickly sent a technician who came to the house, analyzed the problems and set a date to come back on April 8 2013. He stayed until the rather big job was finished and the price was within the estimate quoted. He did a thorough complete job and cleaned up before leaving. I am 100% satisfied by this Roto-Rooter techmicians work. I have and will probably again use Roto-Rooter in my home. KUDOS to Roto-Rooter and the technician sent to me.
