I was very disappointed with my wedding cake. Something unexpected came up and I had to move my wedding 100 miles out of town 3 weeks prior to the date. Ms. Louise was supposed to do 2 cakes and cater my wedding for me. I had to cancel the catering and the groom's cake with her because it would have been way to expensive for her to still do it. I still wanted her to make the wedding cake for me and had already paid her a $250.00 deposit. I called her to talk to her about it and she told me she was too busy to deal with it right now. I waited a few days and emailed her and she never responded. So I finally called her again and she said she would still make the cake. When I picked up my wedding cake it looked nothing like what the picture looked like that I picked the cake out from. She used ribbon on the cake that you would use to tie in your hair. You could see through the frosting and it was uneven. The detailed beading at the base of each tier was uneven. It looked like the cake was
