Personal experience - Horrible service.. They do things to your animals that are neither necessary nor requested by the pets owner and when you question them about the matter they flip out on you and call you names.. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!! They are all about making $$$ and not really about the animals!! The star is a negative because it made me give it.
