After reading a decent amount of good reviews, I decided to visit Dr. Mandrea's office. Having developed a mild case of adult acne, I sought out professional advice. \r \r The first appointment was reassuring. He was able to look at my face and prescribe some meds. After my second visit and waiting for over an hour after my scheduled appointment, I was rushed in, seen, and it was determined that my acne was not clearing up. This was over a month and a half ago. Dr. Mandrea prescribed additional medication and saw me for about five minutes.\r \r I misplaced the prescriptions and had to call his office for them to reissue for me. The receptionist was quite short and said that she "did not want to bother the Dr. with my request." I should just have the pharmacy call them in. I did find the prescriptions later that week and realized that they were made out to a patient other than myself. I would have had to call and "bother" the Dr. anyway.\r \r I have received no follow up calls for a
