Upon walking into Smile Solutions for the fist time, one is quite impressed. The waiting room is large, fresh coffee is brewed though out the day, there is an educational video on dental care playing on a large monitor, and gardens that surround the building can be easily seen through the grand windows that line the walls. There is a receptionist at the front desk who is wearing a fancy head-set (probably to communicate with the four other receptionist on the other side of the wall). There are maybe 25 chairs in the large waiting room. I wonder if they have ever had a full house? This must cost a pretty penny to keep running. On my first visit to Smile Solutions I was asked to wait a bit later to see the doctor: He was running behind on a root canal, so they asked me to hang out in the waiting room for thirty minutes. Two hours later, he was finally finished with his previous appointment and was able to see me. Upon inspecting my teeth, he came up with a laundry list of procedures that
