Businiess name:  David Hobbs Honda

Review content:
I don?t use the word hate lightly, but I HATE David Hobbs.\r \r I bought a used Civic from them and had nothing but a wonderful experience from sales and service. They very happily took my money. I liked my car and I was a thoroughly embedded David Hobbs customer until service retuned my car with a dent in the door. After that, I saw their true face. I got the run around from the Service Rep and the Service Manger. The Service rep told me I need to talk to the Service Manager. The Service Manger didn?t return my calls. When I came in to confront her, she told me I needed to talk to the Service Rep. When I went in to confront him; he wouldn?t even look at me.\r My problem was escalated to the General manger. He engaged me in circular logic and we went around and around. He refused to take responsibility and told me he didn?t like my attitude. I was rational up until this point. I lost my temper and got in my car and drove off vowing never to go back to David Hobbs or buy another Honda.
