Review content:
I called to inquire about the price of a muffler for my lawn mower. The price quoted was $13 and change, but they did not have the part in stock and would have to order it. They said they would have the part in a few days. It took aver one week for the part to arrive, and when I picked it up I was charged an additional $6.95 for shipping and handling. This was not disclosed to me at the time of order, and if it had been I would not have ordered the part. When confronted they agreed that the S&H fee should have been disclosed up front but were unapologetic that they failed to do so.
