Big warning to every one who is considering to stay here!\r

I have to say that paying more then 2500 USD per month for such a place is a complete disgrace! I had received an apartment which wasn't even clean when I checked in, most of the appliances didn't work and were covered with dust and basically the owner and staff couldn't care less about their guests. I have seriously never ever been treated this way?they give you the feeling that they are actually doing you a favor for staying with them?To make this stay some how decent I ended up spending so much extra money on new appliances and house utilities that it seemed ridiculous that I was actually paying for a 'furnished' apartment. The furniture is so old and broken that I can not believe that some one would even have this available for guests who are paying good money in return.\r

So please remember that you have been warned not to spend your money here?I would even recommend spending a bit more to avoid wasting your time
