We live in Chicago, far NW side, but travel just for this Vet. My little boy had diabetes and Dr. Valenti was absolutely great with him. He showed me how tu administer injections (believe me this was the last thing I wanted to do twice a day) and how to monitor Alcatraz's sugar. Always answered any questions completely. When it came time for my baby to be put down, Dr Valenti was wonderful.After that I told Dr Valkenti if he ever went somewhere else to please let us know. We have another dog now who has epilepsy and Dr. Valenti is the same with her. While it is inconvient to travel, this is the vet I want for my dog. He is truly a great vet.
PROS: Compassionate, Great with dogs with special needs.
CONS: Not one thing
