Chris just left here after doing a repair for us, and both he and the repair work are true pros. Chris' approach to carpet repair is highly skilled, and with his bright personality made the appointment more like a visit with a close friend vs. having your carpet repaired. He left here with a perfect repair in place and very satisfied customers. All expectations and information is delivered up front, during and after the repair. Keep this guy!!! THANKS CHRIS!!
