Alan, the repair tec, was on time, friendly, explained what he was doing and even allowed me to vacuum around the edges of the room when he pulled back the carpet. My Dining room no longer has a big crease down the middle! Very Happy with his work
Mike, the cleaning tec, was on time, friendly and gave me a lot of good information. He also explained what he was doing and was very knowledgable. Carpet looks great, no more puppy messes. After cleaning the smell of the puppy messes was very strong so Mike came back out and sprayed something (sorry forgot what it was)free of charge and the smell is almost gone. Very happy with the whole experience.
