I needed a small hole repaired in my carpet in the middle of my bedroom. I had spare carpeting left in my garage. However, when Alan arrived, he pointed out that it was a slightly different carpet, so the repair would be evident. Alan was still able to fix the carpet for what he quoted me over the phone, to the extent that I cannot find the repair job in the carpet at all. Alan arrived to my appointment on time, was professional in conversation and dress, and was efficient with getting the job done much faster than I thought he would. I will use his company again in the future and would gladly recommend this company to anyone needing a carpet repair job done. Thank you so much Alan!
