I live at Lock,Vista and I enjoy it so very much. They have a fun and caring staff. The maintenance team are on top of things. The office staff are very professional and go above and beyond to keep everyone happy. A strong sense of community. The air is very clean for Seattle and there are nice breezes with large windows. Great restaurants and the QFC is a short walk away. The Locks across the street have a beautiful botanical garden. Ray' Boathouse and Anthony's Home Port are also within walking distance, as well as Aveda's Habitude Salon. There is a pea patch and a swimming pool, too. There are wooden floors in the apartments and that can create some noise... that is to be expected for buildings with wooden floors. The walls between the apartments are thick and I never hear my next door neighbors. The hallways are carpeted and that helps a lot. It is a dog friendly building and most dog owners are very conscientious. The office staff strives to resolve any issues in
