Review content:
I would not go back to this veterinarian practice. I received terrible service, and I found the staff to be extremely unprofessional. While I waited to be called to the examination room, the vet techs and office staff were gossiping about some of the clients. This is not a very large city, and I recognized some of the names. They were talking about one woman who was having trouble paying her bill and laughing about another who they thought was overly emotional about her dog. I really believe it is completely unacceptable for this type of gossiping to occur in front of customers. Unfortunately, the visit only got worse. The woman who initially examined my dog was extremely rude and overly rough (she had very short hair and a lot of earrings). She ignored my concerns, and tried to persuade me to agree to a service that I already knew was not necessary. I would never go back to this vet office.
