I took my dog there several times and was very satisfied with the treatment provided by Dr. Reed Hall. However, at one point my dog developed a tooth abscess and had to have several teeth removed while Dr. Hall was away. When we went to pick up my dog, he was in terrible shape, seemed like he was in a lot of pain and just miserable compared to when he had to have teeth removed before. Also, the vet who did the procedure had left before we were even called to pick him up. They called us right before closing and really rushed us out. When we got home and had a good look, we saw that my dog had a 4 inch BURN on his lower side. He was wimpering constantly from the awful pain. At this point, the office had already closed. They claim that they don't use heating pads after surgery, which I think is a lie. Anyway,
