My dog became very ill after the pet recall was first announced and i was scared that she might've had the contaminated Alpo. I called the front desk to see what could be done to see if my pet was indeed infected. They were very helpful and set an appointment up to see Dr. Collada. He did some bloodwork, and gave me new food to give to my baby. Thank god her test came back saying her kidneys were not failing.What was great was that Dr.Collada called weeks after the appointment just to make sure she was doing okay and back to normal. I owe them a lot. In a time of crisis they were quick to act. They also got a new computer system that makes it easier and quicker to get refills and review my pets history.
