Let me say I would rather have a root canel than have to buy a car so when we went to Steve's I was on edge to begin with. What a shock when the salesman walked up and said basically "hi, if you need me just hollar" and walked away. When it was time to test drive he handed us the keys and said go have fun. ...what your not going with us? No not at Steve's.
Coming back we decided this was the van for us and we started negotiations. Lasted ten minutes! We drove off in our new van an hour after getting on the lot.
The next car I need I will not hesitate to go back. They really understand what people want in a car buying experience.
