I bought a suit for an occasion and asked them if I should pay 2 day shipping in order to receive it on time. They told me that it is 3-day shipping and not to worry. It has been 4 days and the suit has still not arrived. I requested a refund and a return...the manager then sent me a link to a return policy that they do not link to on the website. Basically the return policy states that they will not refund any purchase and that all sales are final. I have contacted the BBB and wanted to post their invisible return policy. \r
