He prescribed a diet that has been giving my cat extreme diarrhea for two weeks. I have called several times to report this. Each time he says that he "needs to do some research" to find a more appropriate diet. Yet he still has not done it for two weeks! \r \r He ordered blood work on her to confirm a slight amount of calcium that was found her urine. He thought the slight level of calcium could be a fluke thing. Nonetheless, he ordered the diet change because she is overweight; He ordered a diet change to help her lose weight. But he changed her diet BEFORE the blood work results came back! Her diet change will change her blood makeup. What kind of doctor prescribes treatment BEFORE receiving lab results??? If that isn't enough, he thinks no further tests are necessary to see if her calcium level lowers (calcium often means cancer!), or weigh-ins to see if his prescribed diet is resulting in weightloss!\r \r I showed up at Lawrence Pet Hospital yesterday because he was not retu
