Review content:
This is one super place for excelent customer service. I have gone in several times to look at machines ( sort of window shopping) and every time I go in I feel that I am a part of the Jim's family. Due to having one of the new fangled machines, I have to have special bobbins, that you can't just pick up at the fabric store. Every time that I have needed to get a few more, I just have to take the model # with and within seconds I have a new hand full of bobbins. I enjoy asking questions about sewing and embroidery because each question is treated with great respect ( even if it is actually a silly question). With society moving into the full service shopping markets, places like Jims helps remind us what true customer service is all about. You wouldn't ever find their level of support in any of the department stores or even the upper class botiques that can be frequented. I give Jim's an A+!
