My husband and I ordered a chicken cheese steak and a hoagie last night. The chicken cheese steak was a little dry, but edible. The hoagie was not. The ham was such poor quality, that I am able to get better stuff at the grocery store for $3.99 a pound! My first 2 bites had pieces of chew fat tissue. I then took the meat apart and almost every piece of ham had pieces of chew fat tissue. :( I was so disgusted that I wasn't even able to finish eating. I am very disappointed in the poor quality. Years ago this was my favorite place to get a nice hoagie. I cannot believe the quality has degraded so much in the past few years. We both were very disappointed in our meals and regret spending $20 on dinner at your restaurant.
