It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. My mother has been in the Home for almost 3 yrs. At first it was very good but the last 6-9 months, it has been a nightmare. My mother fell and they could not even give her an ice pack for her badly swollen knee, even after I took one down there they would not give it to her. The worst thing is she fell sick on Friday and I was told it was a virus, a lot of the residents had the same thing, not knowing any better I believed them. On Sunday I went for another visit to find her very sick and again was assured that it was just a virus and it would run it's course. The nurse on duty said the staff was very good to make sure that they got plenty of fluids although she had had only milk that day and she had not drunk that. On Monday evening I go to see her and found her in a diabetic coma, the nurse on staff was absolutely useless, even the paramedics were appalled at the lack of knowledge from this woman. I later was told by the paramedics
