Review content:
Clark's refinished a living room floor including color change. They came on time, executed the contract as promised for the quoted price, left the house clean each day, and sealed the area enough to keep dust from spreading through the house. The finished job appears very nice with only a couple of sanding ripples. Color match was very good. \r My only issue was they encountered a surprise to both of us when they tapped into the dryer 220 (I use gas) for their primary sander and the plug was dead - an suprise my kitchen remodelers left me that they didn't tell me about. In order to get their needed 220 they opened my primary subpanel and disconnected the pool pump wires for their sander. .... and they did it without contacting me. Had they called with numbers provided them I would have told them I have a new, almost unused second 100 AMP sub panel they could use without messing with my primary. This was a bigger deal than it seems since my primary pump is a digital with battery backup t
