The vets are great. That being said, the staff will lie to your face about the stupidest things. I recently had ordered medicine for my cat and for the second time they failed to call me when it arrived. I left voice mail requesting info and no one returned that call. After finally speaking to an office rep I asked why no one ever calls when the meds arrive and was told that they had called and my phone had no voice mail. Obviously I have voice mail and receive messages everyday. So I go to pick up the meds and ask the young lady to call me while I am standing there. She does and of course it rings, then goes to voice mail. I am moving my cats records to another vet because I really resent being lied to. Hopefully this new vets staff won' t be telephone challenged.
