My wife had an appointment to get her cholesterol levels tested. This is the only thing we wanted to have done. She scheduled the appointment. She asked if she needed to be fasting. They told her that she did not. At her appointment, they did not do any bloodwork. They said it would be useless since she hadn't been fasting. Instead, they lectured her for 1/2 hour on how she could lower her cholesterol. So in summary, they didn't do the one thing that we wanted them to do, which was to test her cholesterol levels. Two weeks later, we got a bill for $125. When I called them about it for the 5th time, they finally lowered the bill to $90. Wow. Now I only have to pay $90 instead of $125 to have my time wasted. Terrible, terrible service.
