I honestly do not know why people continue to take their dogs to this place. WHO CARES if Oprah used to take her dogs there --- that was like 10 years ago and SHE HERSELF never took her dogs there - her staff did! MAYBE 10 years ago they were ok, but not NOW! Just try and call the staff and ask for vaccination records. They will tell you and they will act just far too busy to help you out with that. Everytime I deal with Blum the experience is just worse and worse. Well, never again and I will tell everyone just how bad they are!
Cons: very, very poor customer service. snobby, rude, uncaring, and unprofessional
