well here it is... first off i went to school at IBW and i would like to say i should have gone to MATC and spent half the money. i was very disappointed with most of the teachers and also with the staff. very unfriendly almost like it's bad to be nice there. sounds fun huh? it seemed everyday they had to complain about me doing something wrong, and when i was trying to learn and really ask questions, i want the answers to, i would get written up, i am pretty sure it wasn't just me. learning is supposed to be fun, not making sure a teacher will write you up because you asked the wrong question. come on, this is supposed to be the best! most of the girls at the front desk are so rude and snobby. what's your deal? aren't you supposed to be helping me? a girl and the front desk actually handed me a bag to put things in i had purchased, i had to ask her for a bag. not cool. as for neroli, i have received many treatments there and they do not follow instructions on what they should be giving you in their treatment, in other words, cutting corners. on the up side i did have a lovely time with bella! wonderful lady! what a joke! i was supposed to get a good education from learning from these women! get off your high aveda horse and stop acting like this is grade school, we are adults not children! some respect for us all please. Pros: bella was very friendly Cons: dirty work spaces, who else is using this wax?
