Review content:
I've never written a review, but I think this restaurant deserves to be recognized. \r \r My husband and I were trying to pick a place to have dinner that would satisfy two toddlers and a grandma. \r Wanting to try something different, I picked this place because I always see it when dining across the street at another restaurant we frequent (you know, the one that serves pepper salted squid). We were a little hesitant, since the sign said Restaurant and Bar, and we had two children with us. We were surprised, though, to discover a clean, classy, and pleasant place. It was rather late on a Friday night, so we were the only customers - good for us because our boys can't sit still and wanted to roam around the place. The employees were very nice and didn't mind my kids getting out of their chairs. Service was pleasant, fast, and attentive. Food was GREAT! We had pad thai, chicken satay, sticky rice, green curry, and thai iced tea. The pad thai easily beat out some of the more popular thai restaurants in town. The peanut sauce that came with the satay was so good, I had it boxed and took it home to dip my leftover grilled chicken at home! Even my mother-in-law commented on how delicious the food was. Don't be put off by the exterior - this place is really good. This has become our new favorite thai place. Pros: Food, service Cons: Street parking
