Review content:
This place is not the place to go if you like great customer service and appreciation or even if you like an experienced technician with a plesant attitude for that matter. The staff all consist of very arrogant stuck up young females who could care less about you enjoying yourexperience. I was told the price for my servces would total $140 and when it was time to pay, they charged my credit card $280! When i asked about it, they simply said that someone "misquoted me on the phone when i made the appt". This is completely unacceptable to charge me double because of a mistake one of their employees made. Then the had the nerve to ask me if i wanted to leave a tip! What an insane bunch of people. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go somewhere where you will be respected and appreciated without being pressured to bu all their silly little spa products that will do the same thing as a over the counter beauty product from wal mart.
