I have no idea what the previous posters are on about. Each time I've travelled to LA, I've always stopped off at Geoffrey's. The food and service are superb. Combine that with the great view, you are in for a nice and relaxed meal. From what I've seen of Malibu restaurants, this one has them beat hands down. It's not cheap but you don't feel ripped off either. I highly recommend the desserts and speciality entrees.

Cons: valet only parking, crowed on weekends
