AVOID! the dentist themselves are excellent and very friendly, but their billing person TISHA is a terrible. We have double covergae and everytime we have had to go we have gotten a bill saying the insurance wouldnt pay only to find out that they were not writing off the additional charges because they were a preferred provider. Trying to double dip! Then she had the nerve to tell us if we are not happy we can go elsewhere!! No customer service skills at all. Its sad because we are a family of 5 and you just lost 5 customers thanks to your incompetence and attitude. Just be careful cause you will end up paying more than u should.
