I recently bought a new snowboard at Side Effect! The owner and his wife Im guessing are always in there. Hands down the nicest, down to earth people I have met in Bend. They had great customer service and had a great knowledge of what they were selling. They not only had a better sale going on they had better prices to start with. I would recommend this shop to any one that wants good advice not pushy sales people and respect your budget! Will definitely go back many times!!!
