I just want to say that Nilan is the best stylist I have ever had. You would never know that she is a ""New Talent."" I was a little nervous at first, ya know, going to a ""New Talent"" salon, but Nilan immediately made me feel at ease right from the beginning of our appointment. We sat down together and THOROUGHLY discussed my hair style process. She was very insightful in her opinions and suggestions. I had previously had my hair cut by several other stylists, trying to find my permanent match, but they all had just cut one sloppy cut to another... Eventually when I found Nilan, she shaped my cut so that I no longer look like Frankenstein and gave me cute bangs that really shape my face well. Every time I see her she is super gorgeous and she is really friendly and easy to talk to (cause you know that's important). She truly has a passion for hair and she takes her time to make sure that you are extremely satisfied, in contrast to other stylists that I have seen where they just try to hurry through the appointment because they have other people waiting. The best part is, the cut is not expensive at all. I have paid much more for way worse haircuts. I <3 Nilan!!!
