Basically this salon is like the McDonalds of all salons. The quality of customer service is absolutely terrible.\r
They are relying on the good name created in the salons former years and not too concerned with actually delivering a quality experience. The salon in Buckhead is so loud, noisy, and uncomfortable. They try and crank as many customers through the place that I often have to wait 20 or so minutes for stylists that seem to be habitually behind schedule. Not only do you have to wait forever, but you are also seated eye level to the rear ends of countless people walking by.
Pros: A handful of talented stylists
Cons: They don't appreciate you at all
