Review content:
Two words for this place of business; CHOP SHOP. Buyer Beware! and go someplace else! I chose Riley Collins Auto Body Shop to repair my brand new car after I had been in an accident because of it's close proximity to my home. My car was away from our family for 10 full working days, without communication unless I called them for an update. When I received the car, there were a myriad of problems from the start. I was given no paperwork (illegal) at the completion of the repair, the paint match was way, way off, and the car itself was dirtier than when i brought it in (both interior and exterior). Months later, I was in another rear-end accident and I took my car elsewhere for repair, needless to say the repairs they had said to have completed were ""hacked"" and instead of pulling the car they filled the areas with Bondo and repainted to ""hide the poor repair"". Upon bringing the car back to Riley Collins Auto Body Shop to ask for some form of compensation, they told me to ""leave"" and I am forced to go to small claims court. Moral of the story, AVOID Riley Collins Auto Body Shop!!!\r Cons: Chop Shop
