Review content:
I have taken my pug to Roxy Ann Veterinary Hospital since her birth. Despite the high prices, I liked Kevin Starnes and was willing to pay extra. The past 3-4 times we have gone there though, he is nowhere to be found. We get serviced by some other guy now and he is substandard. He does not care about you or your pet. About a year ago my dog had a growth in her throat that had to be removed. Less than a year later the growth returned. I told the vet that it was back and he denied it then tried to schedule an appointment to put her under and find out for sure. I went to a different clinic and they confirmed the growth was back and didnt have to put her under to draw that conclusion. They said it could be treated without surgery and told me it would have cost less than half to have the same procedure performed if surgery were required. Long story short Roxy Ann charged $1,000 dollars to perform an operation on my dog that another vet said was unneeded and could be treated with $40 worth of antibiotics. I do not recommend Roxy Ann Veternary Hospital. They are rude, have poor customer service and could care less about your pet. They are only in it for your money!
