Review content:
I've taken my wife here a few times for pain related to a bulging disk. She says the doctor is good, but as I wait in the waiting room, I cannot believe what I'm hearing from the front office staff. This one, Holly, I believe was the name I caught, is answering the phone, and EVERY patient that calls gets insulted after she puts them on hold or hangs up. Making snide comments like these patients must be idiots, and why do they need to call so many times. I just sat there aghast as she laughs at these people and makes these awful comments to her coworker, who himself was talking about how hungover he was from the night before.
Having seen my wife on the other side of that phone call, it makes me sick. When someone you love is in pain and only wants to schedule an appointment, and its been days and the office hasn't called back, you don't like to hear that she'll be mocked for following up.
You people are what's wrong with healthcare in this country.
