We are new to the area and we had a appointment, and we were running a few minutes late. When we called they told us to reschedule our appointment and were very rude to me and When I spoke with the doctor and I told him that the girl was very rude he said "" my staff Is good that I must have taken it the wrong way"" NO Doctor you need to teach your staff to be respectful, If that happened at the 6 doctor practice I worked at for over 8yrs she would have been FIRED!!! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT DOC!! Never put the customer down DOC!!! and I will make sure I tell as many people as I can NOT TO GO TO YOUR CLINIC
