We used these guys years ago and it was a disaster.
When they take your stuff to be stored, they fill out a form, listing what they are taking. They also make notes in their own kind of shorthand describing the furniture and IT'S CONDITION.
People who are putting their stuff in storage MUST make them tell them what kind of condition they are noting on their forms. They wrote that our stuff was scratched, dented, old, damaged, etc., so that when they bring it to you damaged, they can say it was already damaged when they stored it.
When I asked them what they were writing, I was told it was just notes they needed, nothing about the condition of the furniture, which was in very good condition before they got it.
It's been over 20 years, we don't even HAVE that furniture anymore, and we are STILL furious at them for taking us for fools.
