When I called to get a quote, I was told a very reasonable $70/hour. I had very little to move so i was told that my move would take an hour and a half. My new apt wasnt ready so i would put into their storage unit for 7days which would be included with rate.LIES LIES LIES! what they didnt inform me was , that howerver long it took to load the truck they would charge to unload it at their storage facilities. That means that it really is $140 an hour not the original quote of $70/hour. They charged me $300 and told me when they brought my stuff back it would be another $300.t They told me all this AFTER they loaded the truck! There was nothing for me to do but agree. I called the office and spoke to a man named Joe, who said that if my stuff is unloaded faster than the hour and a half he would give me refund or credit. Well after waiting for him to call me back ALL DAY, i called him. He informed me that my unload went over the hour and a half but he wasnt going to charge me the overage! DONT USE THESE GUYS!! THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES
