I hired Superior Movers to do a move for me. The day of the move,THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I called the office and spoke with a person by the name of Mark (he said he was the manager,he really is the owner I found out later) , he said he had no record of a scheduled move for us. He then stated that I never called to scheduled an appointment (I called 2 1/2 weeks prior). He said he would be able to help me out. He would call 3 of his guys in (it was their day off) and the cost would be $127.50 per hour, plus 2 hours traveling time (coming & going). Mark said he had to pay his crew time and a half because it's their day off. Talk about RIPPING people off. Of course I declined his offer and found another mover the same day and he charged his regular rates.Superior Movers should change their name to THIEVES & LIARS MOVING CO-it fits them to a ""T"".
