I hired these movers only after reading some good reviews online. The manager was also very persistent in constantly calling us and trying to persuade us to use his company. We finally agreed...that proved to be a very bad decision. They came 2 hours late and did not apologize. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. When they got to our apt, they saw our furniture and decided that we had ""too much stuff"", and we called their manager. I explained that we had arranged a price based on a 1 BR apt...we only had 1 couch and no bedroom furniture except for a mattress. After much haggling, they abruptly LEFT without any explanation! They just said ""too bad""...they said they couldn't fit our stuff in the truck so they weren't going to do the job (I later found out that they were trying to squeeze our furniture in with someone else's in the same truck, so they could consolidate 2 moves and make extra money). The manager Mark did not apologize at all and said ""good luck finding someone else""...this is the same guy who called us 5 times trying to convince us to go with his company.\r

I have now heard similar stoies from other customers. Long story short...DO NOT USE SUPERIOR MOVING......horribly rude, unprofessional, unreliable, unethical and flat-out crooks. You will definitely regret it if you do.
