My husband and I recently tried out Taiyo after reading about it in the paper. We were amazed at how good their sushi was - beautifully presented, HUGE pieces of fish, very fresh and delicious. We have been looking for good sushi around here for a long time, and this rivals the best sushi I've had in larger, coastal cities. Truly a great find. The service was attentive and friendly, and the decor is beautiful. The rest of the menu looks good too. They have pan-Asian cuisine from all over the place, so it's a good choice if you have members of your party who aren't sushi-eaters but would enjoy Thai, Chinese, Malaysian, Vietnamese - you name it. Highly recommended.
