Review content:
From the beginning even the staff was not friendly. I had a crown done and after 3 days the temporary came off. Then once the permanent came it was too big and had to be sent back to the lab. When I came back the second time it was still too big and Dr. Hickman filed it down to the point you can see metal and he tried to convenience me it was ok and looked fine. I still bite my cheek today because it is too big. Then the permanent came off two week later! When I went back to get it put back on a different dentist saw me he complained about the type of cement Dr. Hickman uses and when adjusting the fit he was scrapping my gums to the point of bleeding with no numbing, it was very painful. I had to have major oral surgery done and they would not work out any payment arrangements. I would not recommend this business to anyone!
