Review content:
Yesterday my dog became sick. He had a fever and incontinence so I took him to Cherry Point. Dr Bottcher told me he needed 2 xrays. She found he had a prostate infection. \r She wanted to keep him all day to observe him. She gave me \r an estimate of $487, I told them he had a rabies vaccine, so they took that off the bill. I was told to pay $150 for the \r visit. I called back and asked that they neutor the dog. It was supposed to cost $160 for the surgery. I came back to check on him and he was stuffed in a small cage and wasn't able to stand up. It was the largest they had and it was in a bathroom. I took him home so he would be able to relax and stand up if he wished. I took him back the next day and they did the surgery. They gave him an antibiotic the day before but didn't put it on the first bill. It was $128!!!! When I picked him up that afternoon, I was given the final fee of $694! That was in addition to the $150 I had to pay down. So the total for the infected prostate and neutoring was - get this - $840! I was appalled. I told her the estimate she gave me was for $450 plus $160 for neutoring. \r That would have been $610, which is still astronomical. \r How can they have a good conscience and sleep at night? \r I think they should have given a correct estimate of charges before the procedure was done. She was deceptive. That is poor business. \r They will have to give account to God for taking advantage of people. Pros: Girls were nice and polite Cons: Dr overcharges
