12/30/2007\r My husband and I left our dog here overnight from Sat. morning to Sunday afternoon. We had never used their kennel before. We dropped our dog off on Saturday morning and was quoted $14 for 1 night of boarding. Even though you can pick your animals up on Sunday's they still charge another $14 for the night, because their staff have to come in on a Sunday? Not sure why due to their kennel being open 7 days a week with the Sunday pick-up's. So we had to pay $28 for one night of boarding. But, when we went to pick him up we were charged for 3 nights. I had to explain that we had just dropped him off the previous day a few times to the office staff. One staff member held up my contact in front of like 15 other people in the lobby to show what I had signed and I said yes I know, but my dog was just here for 1 night. We had just made reservations for our dog for the 1 night. After finally getting that straightened out, we got our dog in the car, he smelled horrible! His blanket stunk as well and smelled of urine. So after getting home we had to bathe the dog, wash his bedding, and clean the backseat of the car. I question now what their kennel looks like, since you have to drop your animals off at the desk. I am a social worker and I would NEVER leave my dog at this place again! DO NOT recommend it!
