This salon has a very natural feel but not very relaxing, the pebble flooring kinda makes me wonder about how clean it can really get with all those little hairs falling everywhere.
My first cut was ok so I went back to Barb (or was it Barbara). Second cut was so so but we discused my need for longer bangs and she tried more bangs as well, didn't work for me. Thrid time...well. She didn't have my card in her book and didn't ask my preferences and gave me more bangs again even though I told her more bangs didn't work last time. Then she gave me a hack job on the bangs she cut, a really jagged and super short cut and one section she totally messed up and had a huge chunk missing. No appologies even though it was obvious it was a bad cut. Took me 3 months to get to a reasonable length, was forced to wear all my hair back in headband as I was totally embarrased to go out in public for months. Will not be returning to her.
