If you like being yelled at and told you are rude by management because they can't seem to fix work that they have done personally, go to William S. Nacol Jewelry Store in Laf. and talk to Bill Nacol, Jr.!!! My sister purchased a $3000.00 engagement ring from the store. The ring was brought back twice before they fixed a minor problem but insisted it looked fine. For Christmas 2006 she purchased two diamond wedding bands to go on each side of the ring. They had to put the rings together to make one ring and had to bend the bands on each side to fit the shape of her engagement ring. They did three sides correctly but one side was bent down. It was very noticeable. One of the small diamonds was also missing once again. As we walked in the store an elderly lady greeted us. When she realized that we were bringing a ring back she became rude and insisted that when they cut rings they would do it a different way.
