Every Dahn Yoga class hits the SPOT! Since Dahn Yoga focuses on the energy flow in my body, I always leave feeling a very deep level of relaxation and rejuvination.
Stretches are deep, meditation helps me focus and feel lite and open.
I recommend this style of yoga for anyone feeling the need for more circulation, flexibilty and stress relief. Anyone can do this kind of yoga without feeling judged for not being able to do all the stretches. The instuctors make every move accessible for the each person.
With individualized attention, regular checkups to assess your progress and home excersises, I feel that this is the best value and brings the deepest satisfaction.
