WINN RESIDENTIAL IS AN AWFUL MANAGEMENT COMPANY. LIVING IN ONE OF THEIR BUILDINGS IS LIKE LIVING IN A REFORM SCHOOL. THEY THINK THEY CAN COME IN AND OUT OF YOUR HOME WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT. BEWARE LOOK AROUND THEY ARE MOVING ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES IN THEIR PROPERTIES, WHICH THEY DO NOT OWN. THEY ARE NOT YOUR LANDLORDS. THE COMPANIES THAT HIRE THEM NEED TO DO AN INTENSIVE INVESTIGATION ON THEM. THEY SEEM TO BE EVICTING FAMILIES THAT ARE IN NEED OF HELP,THEY ARE MOVING PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THE COMPANY IN THOSE APARTMENTS. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH WINN RESIDENTIAL,PLEASE SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP. CALL LEGAL AID OR YOUR LOCAL CITY HALL FOR HELP. THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED BT DIFFERENT AGENCIES. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY.
